Refund & Cancellation

1. Free Pass Cancellation

  • Free day entry passes can be cancelled at any time before the event.
  • Cancellation can be requested by contacting us via email with your registered email address and phone number.
  • Since free passes are complimentary, no monetary refund is applicable.
  • Your pass code will be deactivated upon cancellation.

2. DJ Ticket Refund Eligibility

  • A full refund of the ticket fee will be issued if the organizer cancels the performance (Day 1 DJ Sinchana, Day 2 DJ Holi.C) or a live concert (Yogi Sekhar / Amrutham Gamaya).
  • Refunds must be requested within 7 days of the scheduled event date.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Paytm.
  • Tampered or duplicated tickets are not eligible for any refund.

3. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable under all circumstances:
  • Payment gateway processing fees
  • Internet handling fees
  • Any taxes or levies applied during payment
  • Convenience fees

4. Refund Process

  • Submit a refund request via registered email with order ID.
  • Our team verifies eligibility within 48 hours.
  • Processing time: 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • The organizer's decision on refund eligibility shall be final.

5. Event Cancellation by Organizer

If the entire event is cancelled due to force majeure (natural disasters, government orders, pandemic-related restrictions), all paid ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket fee only. Processing and handling fees shall not be refunded.

6. No-Show Policy

If a ticket holder fails to attend the event without prior cancellation, the ticket fee is forfeited and no refund will be issued.
